Our rooms currently range from €370 to €620 per month, depending on the room and the area. Each listing shows exactly what's included in the monthly price, plus any deposit or one-off fees.

What's the difference between a shared flat and a host family?

In a shared student flat you rent a private room and share the kitchen, living room and usually the bathroom with other students. With a host family you have a private room in a local family's home, often with meals included and a more homely, Spanish-speaking environment.

How long can I rent a room for?

Most students stay for one semester or a full academic year (September to June), but shorter and longer stays are often possible. Get in touch and tell us your dates.

Can I book a room before arriving in Valencia?
